Australia, South Africa, Canada, China, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United States, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Macao, Mexico, Philippines, United Kingdom, Serbia, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan. if your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer service at eshop@legramme.com with the destination country and desired items (name, size, finish, etc).

free returns: you have 14 days to return your item.
we invite you to submit your return request via this form if you are in France and this form for all other countries. once your request is validated, you will receive a prepaid return label by email. follow the return instructions on the label.
to complete your request, enter your order number and postal code. you’ll also need to specify the desired product and size in the 'comments' section for exchanges. once we receive your package, you’ll get an email confirming your exchange.
note: only jewelry received in perfect, unengraved condition and in its original, intact packaging can be exchanged. engraved jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded.
